The first sessions aim to get to know you and understand your life story. We will establish hypotheses about the role that the discomfort that brought you here plays in your life to approach the treatment from an integrative perspective, employing various techniques (playful, symbolic, narrative, EMDR, third-generation, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, etc.), the most effective at each stage of this fascinating journey you are embarking on: putting yourself at the service of your mental well-being.
